  • Contingency theory – the effectiveness of a leader’s management style is dependent upon the situation;
  • Vroom’s Expectancy theory – the intensity of work effort depends on the perception that an individual’s effort will result in a desired outcome.

Orice contract trebuie să îndeplineasca cinci criterii:

  • Consideration – “you give to me and I give to you”;
  • Offer and Acceptance;
  • Capable parties – părțile să înțeleagă ce semnează (!!? unde se întîmplă asta în contractele cu serviciile publice sau cu marii operatori de servicii!);
  • Legal purpose;
  • Mutual assessment – trebuie să vrea să se lege contractual.
